- Review the details. Check the quoted products, quantities, commercial terms and proposed delivery arrangements before accepting an order.
- Confirm documentation. Tell our team which product and shipment documents your importer needs. Requirements depend on the product and destination; a listing alone does not establish local market compliance.

Can I combine different products?
Send your proposed mix of product codes, shades and quantities. Ask which combinations and carton arrangements can be quoted; do not assume a single minimum applies to every SKU.
Does a wholesale order make me an authorized distributor?
No distributor appointment is implied by a wholesale enquiry. For a brand partnership, submit your company, country and sales channels through our L’CHEAR distributor enquiry page. Territory and authorization terms require separate review and agreement.
Can I put my own logo on these products?
Own-brand requirements should be reviewed as a private label makeup project, separately from purchasing existing branded goods. Share the product category, logo or artwork requirements and intended quantity so the customization scope can be assessed.
How do I ask about samples and shipping?
Include the selected SKU codes, delivery address country and sample quantities in your enquiry. Sample availability, charges and shipment options need confirmation before you make arrangements.
