DANCE ROSE COSMETICS TRADING LLC operates lchearbeauty.com under the L’CHEAR brand. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. Registered address: Al Buteen, Shop No. 9, Dubai Wholesales Plaza, Deira, Dubai. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
This policy covers our website, Catalog, My Inquiry and information you choose to provide when contacting us. It also explains the optional Google Analytics controls described below. WhatsApp and other external services apply their own privacy policies.
Contact information and inquiries
Our Contact forms ask for your name, email address and message, with optional company name, phone or WhatsApp number, country and inquiry type. We use information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries, discuss product availability and quotations, confirm business terms and maintain relevant records. Do not provide sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries and maintain relevant business records. Records from both Contact forms are held on our website server and managed through our submissions system. Administrators can move records to Trash; this does not by itself confirm permanent deletion, an automatic expiry or removal of related email, exports or backup copies. Direct emails you send to [email protected] are processed through Google’s Gmail service; this is separate from the Contact forms’ notification route. You may also contact us through WhatsApp. A website visit or saved product selection does not by itself send a sales inquiry.
Catalog and My Inquiry
My Inquiry saves selected SKUs, public product details and optional quantity notes in your browser’s Local Storage. Per-tab storage and browser-history recovery copies support the selection and browsing state. This existing inquiry storage has no automatic expiry. Removing products or using Clear Inquiry updates the current selection; it does not erase every older browser-history copy. Your browser’s site-data and history controls can remove additional retained copies.
Catalog searches and filters are reflected in the page URL and can be retained in browser history and browsing-recovery storage. Reloading or sharing such a URL can make its contents available to our hosting provider or the recipient. Please avoid putting personal contact details or sensitive information in searches or quantity notes. The optional Google Analytics module excludes search text and URL query strings.
The website sends selected SKUs to its own availability service before preparing an inquiry. Its request body contains only SKU identifiers; it does not take quantity notes or contact fields from My Inquiry. The service processes limited technical information and keeps short-lived security counters for rate limiting. Website infrastructure can also process request information separately from the inquiry content.
WhatsApp and Copy Inquiry
If you choose Send to WhatsApp, the website opens a WhatsApp link containing the selected SKUs and quantity notes as prefilled message text. WhatsApp receives the information in that link when it is opened. You decide whether to send the message within WhatsApp. Opening the link does not prove that a sales message was sent or received.
Our sales team uses the WhatsApp Business App to handle received inquiries and confirm availability and quotations. Copy Inquiry copies the prepared inquiry text to your device clipboard and does not send a sales message. WhatsApp’s privacy policy is available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Hosting and other existing services
Hostinger hosts our website and database and provides website and database backups. Technical requests needed to deliver and operate the website can include the requested URL, IP address, browser information and time of access. This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics.
The website also has existing WPvivid backup copies stored locally on its hosting. The WPvivid backup schedule is currently disabled and no remote-storage destination is configured. Website and database backups can contain copies of stored contact information.
WordPress and WooCommerce provide software functions on our website. WooCommerce’s local store analytics and source-attribution features are enabled; its external usage-data sharing and remote logging are disabled. Source attribution uses sbjs_* browser cookies for traffic-source, referral, campaign and visit information. This is separate from My Inquiry storage and Google Analytics. The Google Analytics choice described below does not control this attribution feature or classify its cookies as essential.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for website visit and performance metrics. Cloudflare states that this analytics beacon does not use cookies or Local Storage and currently excludes query strings. The Google Analytics choice described below does not automatically control Cloudflare Web Analytics.
The website offers English and Simplified Chinese translation through GTranslate. The tool may load resources from cdn.gtranslate.net. When translation is requested, webpage text is sent to Google’s translation service at translate-pa.googleapis.com; the providers receive technical request information such as IP addresses and browser headers. Translation is separate from Google Analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not automatically disable the translation service.
Authorized staff and the providers involved in the service you use may process information for website operation, translation or inquiry handling. These include Hostinger and Cloudflare, Google’s Gmail service for direct email, GTranslate and Google for requested translation, WhatsApp when you open its service, and Google for optional analytics where enabled and accepted. Gmail and translation processing are separate from the Google Analytics choice. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the UAE.
Optional Google Analytics
Where optional Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this website, it loads only after you choose Accept. With no choice, after Reject or after withdrawal, this module does not load Google Analytics or send Google Analytics requests. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent Catalog browsing or My Inquiry.
After consent, the module measures basic page views, visits, sessions and engagement. The approved scope is page_view and Google’s native first_visit, session_start and user_engagement. Information can include pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, general browser/device information, timestamps, engagement duration, a controlled page title, an approved public page path and a sanitized same-site referrer. Google may derive approximate location from a connection and states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses.
The initial scope covers only the Homepage, Dubai Local Stock, Catalog, Contact and OEM pages. It does not add product-detail, filter, search or My Inquiry navigation events. Page locations exclude all query strings and fragments. Page titles use fixed values, and referrers are limited to approved same-site public paths. External referrer URLs are not sent by this module.
The module does not send customer names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, search text, inquiry quantities, notes, message content or full WhatsApp links to Google Analytics. Automatic site-search, outbound-click, form-interaction, history-change, scroll, video and download measurement is off. Google Signals, user-provided data collection and advertising personalization are off in the approved Production configuration.

Analytics choices and cookies
Where optional analytics is enabled, use Accept to allow optional analytics, Reject to refuse and Change Preferences to revise your choice. To withdraw, open Change Preferences and choose Reject. Withdrawal stops future collection by this module and removes only its two owned analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete data already received by Google, erase your inquiry selection or remove unrelated website cookies.
Your browser stores the choice, version and expiry time for up to 180 days under lchear:a12:production:ga4-consent:v3. A valid choice is restored after refresh and synchronized across open tabs of this website in the same browser. On expiry or an invalid record, the panel asks again and analytics stays disabled until you accept. Choices in a different browser or device are independent. Clearing site storage removes the saved choice.
If your browser prevents saving or synchronizing preferences, the interface reports the limitation and keeps analytics disabled in the affected page. The choice may not be remembered or communicated to other tabs; check the displayed preference when returning to the site.
After Accept, where this module is enabled, it sets lchear_a12_prod_ga to distinguish a browser pseudonymously and lchear_a12_prod_ga_G2XKY2VE8T to maintain session state. Both are first-party, host-only cookies for lchearbeauty.com, with Path /, Secure and SameSite=Lax. Their configured maximum lifetime is 180 days; visits do not extend this configured expiry. Browsers may impose a shorter lifetime. These cookie names and attributes apply to this optional module.
Retention and deletion
Our current practice is to retain received WhatsApp conversations and sales records long term for ongoing customer relationships, order history, accounting and applicable legal obligations. No uniform automatic expiry has been established across business conversations, sales records, stored contact submissions and their copies.
Stored Contact submissions can be manually moved to Trash. Moving or removing a record on the live website does not by itself remove related email, WhatsApp messages, exports or backup copies, and does not establish permanent purging. Technical request logs and backups have separate retention arrangements whose exact periods remain unconfirmed. We do not state a fixed deletion deadline for those copies or promise synchronized deletion across all services.
The existing My Inquiry browser storage can persist until it is removed, cleared or changed as described above. The optional analytics preference and module cookies have their separate maximum 180-day durations. These are not the retention periods for customer records or Google’s server-side data.
The approved Production Google Analytics settings are Event data 2 months, User data 14 months and Reset on new user activity OFF. New activity does not restart the configured user-retention period. Google’s normal retention processing still applies; these settings do not promise indefinite retention. Standard aggregated Google reports are not governed by the same retention control. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not itself delete previously received analytics data.
Your privacy requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information, contact [email protected]. Provide enough information to help locate the relevant records without sending unnecessary sensitive data. We may need proportionate identity verification. Applicable law and required legal or accounting records may limit a request.
You can update your current selection through My Inquiry and use browser controls for retained site data and history. Where optional analytics is enabled, you can also withdraw analytics consent through Change Preferences without disabling Catalog or My Inquiry.
Security and policy changes
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report privacy concerns through the contact above.
We will update the published policy when practices change and show its effective date. Material changes to optional analytics use will require a new choice where appropriate.
